- How can you back up what you say?
We believe in letting our work do the talking. Each week our clients complete a service evaluation rating our services between Excellent, Good, Acceptable or Unacceptable. We are also rated on Value for Money and Working Relations. This in formation is signed off by our Directors and scanned into our computer and is accessible to all potential clients to view those comments. Giving an accurate and up to date indication of the high standards being delivered daily.
- What makes you different from the rest?
We pride or self's on Quality Assurance and the Company Mission Statement 'What gets measured gets done'. We have strong management procedures backed by experienced personnel to support customer/client service. With face to face communication and hands on Directors who, on a daily bases, call on our clients to ensure the ACME company culture is being maintained.
- How do you recruit your employees?
As our reputation as of such high standards the recruitment of all employees within Acme Facilities Management (Edinburgh) Limited is taken seriously. All employees have to complete a telephone interview prior to an application form being sent for completion. On receipt of the application and our finds and relevance of position, they are then invited to attend an interview. If successful at the interview they will be inducted into the Acme culture induction training that monitors skills and work ability. If successful they will then be offered employment within our company where ongoing training will be provided to ensure continuous progress within the organisation.
- What happens if our regular cleaners do not show for work
With your Service Agreement with Acme Facilities Management (Edinburgh) Limited we guarantee you cleaners 24/7 365 days a year. Your business standards should not suffer due to a failure in service from a cleaning company not managing its internal structure to ensure you receive exactly what you pay for. With our extensive detailed cleaning schedules any one of our trained/experienced cleaning operatives would be able to ensure your business profile remains at its high standards every day.
- If I am not happy with the Acme Facilities Management (Edinburgh) Limited cleaning standards on a specific day how would you resolve this?
Each day we provide daily walk rounds of all our clients sites by a Supervisor/Manager or Director where all the work completed for that days scheduled clean is accountable for and passed for approval by our client. Where this is not appropriate our Managers complete the walk round, however, if you were still not happy, our presence in Edinburgh is of such, that we would despatch a cleaner immediately to rectify the situation.
- Security is a high priority within our organisation how will you maintain this when on our site?
Security is paramount within our organisation for the safety of our employees as well as our clients and the site we operate on. We have a strict security process for all sites where doors are locked behind our cleaning operatives whilst on site. All Cleaning operatives have to log in and out of the site and we have an operation document for all our clients sites with emergency contacts where first aid and fire exits are marked and other special requests. All our employees are uniformed and carry security identification and are trained in all site security aspects.
